Am I missing something?
The way I see it, neither candidate can win this nomination without the superdelegates.

There are not enough contests left. Each candidate will need superdelegates to put them over the top.

Am I wrong?

So lets take it to the convention.

1. The Super Delegates can decide any time...
...for either candidate - the sooner the better for fundraising and campaigning.

3. what if the SDs endorse in enough numbers to
put one or the other over the top? Should it still go to the convention? Why on earth would you want that? It'll set us up very poorly for November- no matter who emerges as the nominee.

6. I wonder why the SD are fence sitting?
In NYS every sided with HRC. We all thought she was inevitable. Some were scared to back someone other then HRC.

4. Is it that you don't think waiting until the end of August to chose our nominee
will hurt our chances in the GE or that you don't care if it does?

I can understand Hillary's desire to press on, but I hope very much the supers will end this before the convention.

5. Yes you are missing something.
If we wait till the convention the McCain gets a free ride and we will only have 1 month to campaign against him. It is a republicans wet dream. We need to start campaigning against McCain now. It is Hillary's right to stay in the race, but it is hurtful to our party for her to do that till the convention. It is a question of whether we want the democrats to win or a bush 3rd term if she sees how far she can take it.
