4/1/08: HILLARY where are your TAX RETURNS?--21 days left to release them
You have 21 days until we vote here in Pennsylvania.

You have promised to release your tax returns BEFORE our April 22 primary.

This serves as *gentle* reminder of your promise to Pennsylvania voters.

Tick-tock, Hillary. Time to crunch those numbers!

1. I don't know what's taking her so long, but
she did give a firm date...before the PA primary.

Let's wait until then to call her on this.

4. Um, I don't know how else to put this, but...
I don't trust her.

She's hoping that we'll all just forget about this. I, as a Pennsylvania voter, am not going to let that happen. Hence, the helpful *reminder* regarding the deadline.

17. Like wait until 11:59 pm the night before the primary?
Something stinks, IMO, as to why she is dragging her feet like this.

2. I also wonder why someone as rich as her & Bill are getting the stimulous check
Like anyone worth $40 million will even notice a $1200 stimulous check from the government.

5. Who Said?
Who said that they were getting a stimulus payment?

Her Senate compensation alone way more than enough to disqualify her.

8. Wolfson: tax returns will be released, "on or around April 15"
I don't see how she can back out on this promise.

I could be wrong though.

9. They have completely botched this one
The whole last week of the run-up to PA will be consumed by this story. April 15 is when everyone obsesses about taxes so it's a natural for the media to focus on. It will be a whole lot of speculation leading up to the disclosure that the Clintons have used their 8-year stay at the White House to make an ungodly amount of money.

They should have released the returns after March 4 and let it play out well before Pa.

12. How so? When have Republicans ever been eager to release their tax returns?
Seems to me that hiding your tax returns, where you got your money from and which deductions you took is the REAL Republican strategy.

18. Where are BO's records from his years in the Illinois senate?

He says he didn't have the money to archive them.

Good way not to leave a paper trail, BO!

Wonder what he's hiding?

27. When you Have to Pay Taxes
You don't send them until April 15. At least normal people don't. Perhaps St. Obama has no need to wait till April 15th.
