Question -- when does Texas move to the O column?

or have I missed something? I have not heard one word on TV about it and only a few hard to find headlines on the Internet. It should be a top story! She did not WIN TEXAS! Do we have to wait till June 3 -- or whenever they (we -- I'm in Texas) have the final state convention, and everything is all completely final? If so, why do we have to wait? During primary vote nights they will call a state when only 5 or 10% of the votes have been counted. Why can't they say "We were wrong to call Texas too soon!!" They should have called it "Too early to call" from the beginning!
I'm so tired of this smoke screen that this is a "close" race! It ain't all THAT freakin' close!
