Senator McCain is going to be in my hometown tomorrow
Do y'all think I should go? The reason is because not one candidate has been to my part of Florida. Had Florida counted I'm sure Hillary would have campaigned here. I feel isolated from the campaign cycle. I have no intension's of voting for him but it would be kind of cool to meet him. Don't read more into it other then a meet and greet because I don't agree with his issues but at least I'd feel a little more involved.

2. I'd encourage you to go.
I think it's a good opportunity to see presidential candidates - regardless of party -- it's part of history.

Just wear your DEMS '08 tee-shirt.

7. I second that suggestion...
Go with a nice Obama or Hillary shirt up under a Mccain shirt. When you get inside, whip off the McCain shirt and burn it.

3. The AFL-CIO might be protesting, if you want to join them
They've been doing leafletting about McCain's anti-worker record at his events, if you have any interest. I can check if there are any plans to do so in Florida. But if you want to attend the event you might as well...no harm, I guess. It's free, right?

14. I should be with the AFL-CIO if they are gonna be here protesting
I'd much rather support them then listening to McCain speak and be around all those McCain supporters that I dispise. I really do. They pretty much run our town. And they have done the low income people so wrong. I wont go into it but I don't care for that inner circle of people.

4. Maybe you can get close enough to tell him that you disagree with everything...
that he stands for and ask him why he and Bush are such buddy, buddies.

5. I would consider it
for the historical value of this race. To say you had met the man who lost to an awesome Democrat.

12. It will be kind of strange with all those rethugs around
I might get a rash or something. He'll be speaking and then having a panel discussion. There will be many rethugs there I don't care for. I'm guessing Joe Scarborough will be at the rally cuz he's from here too. Well, I'll have to think about it.
