Dean on VT radio...responds to Bush speech last night.
http://www.publicbroadcasting.net/vpr/news.newsmain?action=article&ARTICLE_ID=642756

He said he now understands why the networks chose not to cover it. Says speech was alarming....done to overcome low ratings. He said parts of it were stunning..says he is attempting to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. Questions whether he is capable of running the country. Powerful criticism.

About 8 minutes long.

2. We are not "encouraged" to have that wish in this forum
It is considered not "supportive" of the nominee. Please report to re-education quickly. ;-)

6. One state should not have that much power.
Especially when the primaries are so front-loaded. No recovery time.

11. You think it is good for one small state to have that much power?
I don't. I am glad Dean is not running now. He can effect more change right now without being a candidate.

12. Dean's doing a great job and you're right
If Dean said those things as a candidate he'd get so much flack. I love the way that the former candidates - several of them, anyway - are working as a team here. You'd almost think the future of the country was at stake, eh?

13. Howard Dean - the true soul of the Democratic party
God bless him! And God forgive us all for allowing his nomination to be stolen away.
