When Hillary gets up on camera and says that Obama's experience is a speech vs. her and John McCain, that is Hillary bashing Obama (and very stupidly, herself as well). When some staffer gets out of line and bashes Hillary, that is someone else. It may or may not be at the behest of the candidate. When the candidate says it it's pretty clear that they approve the message.

Furthermore, when Hillary repeatedly say "she remembers" sniper fire on her trip to Bosnia, that's Hillary recalling her experiences. It's not someone else paraphrasing. It's not a secondhand account. She said she experienced these things. So the following are possible:

a) She flew into some other airport under sniper fire and was whisked away to the cars with Cheryl Crow and Sinbad.
b) She was making shit up.
c) She is delusional.

Given the unlikelihood of a), it's pretty clear that b) or c) is the case. Neither of them are flattering, c) is downright scary. So she's either lying or delusional. Since Hillary supports insist she isn't lying ... you fill in the blanks.
