for those of you amused by the whole "fungus", oooops, focus on the family nonsense by dobson, a commentary in the local reichwingnut rag:

For all those keeping score at home: Focus leader will vote

BARRY NOREEN
THE GAZETTE

An actual release from Focus on the Family Action this week: "Dr. James Dobson told Sean Hannity on Sunday night he is going to vote in November - ending weeks of speculation that he would sit on the sidelines over his policy disagreements with the two major parties' candidates for the White House."

For millions of Americans, the Focus release had to come as a tremendous relief because untold numbers of us surely had been waking up in the wee hours in a cold sweat, staring at our bedroom ceilings and wondering, "Will Dobson vote? Will he really vote? And if so, when will he announce his decision?"

Those of us who have hung on his every word for many years have learned to use Dobson's infallible judgment to guide our political decision-making.

Earlier in this campaign cycle, Dobson said: "Speaking as a private individual, I would not vote for John McCain under any circumstances.

. . . . .
