Just saying.



...something tells me there will be a big record turnout in PA. Relatively larger than any other state this cycle.

4. Why wouldn't the popular vote be relevant?
For the most part popular vote has followed the pledged delegates but there were a few cases in which Obama got bonus delegates above and beyond his proportional share (usually in mid to small states). I think Hillary may have knocked off a bonus delegate or two but Obama did better than she in that field.

So if we come down to a case where ones leads the pledged delegates and another leads the popular vote, I think a case of persuasion to Supes can be made for either.

Period.

And caucuses are immune to Project Chaos shenanigans.

6. If that is true then why not have each state pick one voter from the public
...to cast their vote for president. The electoral college would then have to follow the rules laid down in that state based on that single vote. I wonder how that would hang up the election?
