Any figures on the Jewish-American vote?
Edited on Thu Apr-03-08 07:25 PM by atal
We've heard a lot about the African-American vote, the Hispanic Vote and the Gender vote, but very little has been said about the trend of the Jewish-American vote...

Does anyone have figures for the Jewish-American vote in America?

Below is the closet I've got, which shows a trend in Clintons favour in Israel.

Israeli Americans vote Clinton, but Obama wins global primary

In Israel, which is home to an estimated 200,000 U.S. citizens, Hillary received 54 percent of the total vote among members of Democrats Abroad. Obama captured 45 percent of the vote in Israel.

In the global race though, Obama captured 66 percent, compared to Clinton's 33 percent.

(I changed the title, which was initially "Where is the Jewish-American Vote?")

1. It is in Detroit.
I know that seems odd, but the Jewish Vote moved there recently.

2. The Jewish vote is reliably democratic
and is currently fairly evenly split between Obama and Clinton. She has a few percentage points more than he does.
