EFFIN' HELLYEAH: Rocking news for Obama, decent news for Clinton in latest polls.

Obama over Clinton in CBS/NYT Poll: 46-43%
Both candidates up 5% on McCain in GE head-to head: Obama 47-42, Clinton 48-43.

Indiana's gap narrowing for Obama: Clinton up only 3 in new Research 2000 poll, was up 9 a couple days ago in Survey USA Poll.

and of course yesterday's big PA news: third poll in a row shows the gap is a crack now, this one from Insider Adnvatage showing Clinton up 3, 45-42. Rasmussen had her up 5. PPP has Obama up 2.

1. Thank-you
Now if Candidates and surrogates will just tone down the race/gender spew, we might start getting ready for November.

3. Can somebody please remove the blinds from Clinton's eyes
I smell something sinister in the air with Clinton staying in the race, well after her chance of winning has totally evaporated.

4. McCain would not even have the numbers he has in these polls
if there were a definite Democratic nominee. But right now he is running unopposed.

7. I keep saying that there is no way McCain will be the GOP nominee
after the convention. I don't know how, I don't know when but another GOP candidate will emerge who will capture the hearts and minds of the GOP loyalists who are just looking for a way to dump McCain. Both Dem campaigns should be preparing for this outcome but they are too stuck on themselves and not thinking ahead to all possible outcomes. This is what distinguishes true leadership.

11. If the GOP is looking for an alternative GOP candidate to McCain...I have one to offer

Hillary!

She's more and more a Republican with every lie coming from her mouth, and then there are her bad jokes, sort of like GWB's.

Republicans will LOVE her, she' acting just like they do when faced with a popular liberal candidate: lie, cheat, change the election rules, and smear the liberal.
<irony off>>

It's the one that can't bowl!
