Clinton accepted weeks ago; Obama signed on Thursday.
The presumptive Republican nominee, John McCain, has been invited but has not yet accepted.
It's not a traditional campaign debate. The candidates will not appear on stage together.
Instead, they will be asked in separate 30- to 40-minute panel sessions to discuss how their faith and moral convictions affect their positions on issues such as domestic and international poverty, climate change, abortion and human rights.
Only invited guests can attend, but organizers said they believe at least one national cable network will cover the event.
A more traditional, media-produced debate is scheduled for April 16 in Philadelphia.
The Pennsylvania presidential primary is April 22
