Starting posts with "I Support Obama"
It's becoming the norm when members dare post something negative about Obama or defend Clinton.

3. You have to for two reasons: 1) To inoculate yourself from being misread by Obama supporters and

2) to counter the bull shit about being an Obamabot.

One can't have a legitimate critique of the Senator without being called one eventually by someone. And this street runs two ways.

I've also been called a Hillshill, but very rarely.

But one can call out the b.s. when they see it.

4. Hillshill!
Funny stuff, I thought the Hillbots were Hillbots, and Obamaniacs. Cant say Obamabots, the BOT suffix is for Hillbots.

11. Think that makes me a BotBot.
or Shillbot.

When I look up the definition of those two terms it says:

"See Shillmaniac"

6. Yeah its annoying...
And I hate when people tell us how we should behave. Do it yourself but don't impose your views on everyone else.

9. I just did this a few minutes ago for a post from bigtree
who shows that not all posts have to be hateful. I will never vote for her but that doesn't mean I can't appreciate and acknowledge a positive post from one of her supporters. So I will probably continue to give props to these types of posters from time to time.

12. I support Obama and as such have not posted anything negative about him but
Edited on Sun Apr-06-08 10:11 AM by EV_Ares
I have defended Hillary in certain instances where I feel certain articles are biased or slanted or totally over the top against her and will continue to do so. Can refrain from the "I support Obama" if that bothers some but sometimes it just comes out and really doesn't matter to me if someone else does it as it is their right.

Are we going to start censuring anyone who posts something that is annoying to someone? WTF, this is a message board not a literary class.
