Only a few days to go before 'The PA Primary Debate'
This is going to be a highly charged debate with Obams and Hills at 45%-45% in the PA polls. Hillary has a lot of 'splaining to do. We will be curious to see how Hillary 'worms her way out' of the contraversy she has produced recently with her stretching of the truth.

2. Who's hosting it?
Just wondering if the moderators will have enough balls to address some of the stuff (Obama word) that's been in the news of late.

Why is it always the same ~ watch Charles Gibson get his digs in and George wimps out.

The quality is the pits.

28. CNN is broadcasting it - this debate is about faith
Unless there is another debate someplace else in PA.

The sponsors of a "Compassion Forum'' at Messiah College in Pennsylvania on Sunday are quick to say that this is not a debate -- despite the fact that both Sens. Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton have accepted invitations to attend.

But we'll see how CNN handles the encounter, with the cable network announcing today that it will provide live coverage of the 90-minute forum at 8 pm EDT. CNN Election Center anchor Campbell Brown and Newsweek editor Jon Meacham will moderate "what is being billed as The Compassion Forum, which will take place nine days before the Pennsylvania primary.'' the network says.
.
The event at the small Christian college outside of Harrisburg was sponsored by Faith in Public Life, and is billed as a setting for "wide-ranging and probing discussions of policies related to pressing moral issues that are bridging ideological divides now more than ever.

3. I wonder if Hillary will do something to get booed again
"It's not change you can believe in, its change you can Xerox."

"Maybe we should ask Barack if he needs a pillow."

The first one was in the Texas debate and the second one was in the Ohio debate. She got booed both times. I wonder what kind of shit she'll pull out of her ass this time. Who's giving her these lame lines?

19. It was hilarious.
She went on a tirade about how shes "happy" to get the first question, but WHY does she always get the first question, even tho she's "happy" to take it, and why haven't they checked to see if Barack is comfortable -- and whether he needs a pillow.

It was tres bizarre.

23. Someone may need to jog my memory because I was cracking up at the time
but I think she also threw in a reference to SNL as in "did you watch SNL last week???" at the end. Or it may have been later in the evening. There was definitely a reference to it.

That was funny too. :D

18. Oh, she's getting BOOED. I have no doubt.
It's inevitable. She always has to get in a sarcastic condescending jokey jab. Doesn't matter the occasion... she's got a million of them. They don't come across as funny. They come across as desperate and mean and unnecessary. And there's always this slight pause and a smirk at the end of the sentence as if she's waiting for the laughs. Like she thinks whatever she said was JUST.SO.FUCKING.CLEVER.

Oh, she WILL get booed. She just can't help herself.

But I don't think she or her campaign or her supporters even hear it. They have every single critical voice on MUTE. Everyone else is crazy except them, you see. God himself could come down on a cloud and say, "Listen. Seriously. This is gone on long enough. You cannot win, you're ruining it for Barack, and you're seriously pissing me off. It's over." And Hillary supporters would promptly call him sexist or Judas and tell him to go fuck himself.

I am just salivating thinking about this debate. I think this is Barack's chance to put it away. Hillary will stumble through one of her stupid jokes, and have to re-explain Tuzla, and Mark Penn, and something from her tax return. Barack will come out looking squeaky clean and hopefully get in a few of his "ah ha" moments. I hope he just out thinks and out debates her into a tizzy.

8. The worming will not work.
She is going to the debate with SO much controversy that she will not be able to worm out of anything. The focus will be on her scandals while Obama will basically go through the normal routine with pastorgate and move on to his message.

This debate is going to be a disaster for the Clinton Campaign and I do not see why she wants to endure it. We have had debate after debate already.

This "debate" can't tell me anything I haven't already learned from the previous TWENTY or so debates. This is like slowing down at a car wreck and I think I'll give it a pass and do something productive like send some Obama flyers out.

32. The debate's not important.......
It's what happens the next day.

;)

We probably won't see any "shame on you" moments... who knows what we'll see but everything seems to get magnified the day after a debate.
