Howard Dean and Donna Brazile are referees in this MI and FL
mess.Interpretting and applying the rules. And they are not neutral.

Brazile Quotes

"As a neutral superdelegate (Liar) who is becoming increasingly frustrated at the campaign's
divisive attitude and growing animosity between the Clinton and Obama camps, I don't have
a clue what the outcome will be."
-- Donna Brazile, from one of three articles on her web site,
Why does she lie so clumsily? Donna Brazile is about as "neutral" as Randi Rhodes,

"Hillary, stop throwing elbows at Barack."
-- Headline for a second article on Donna Brazile's web site,
There's the Brazile we know - screaming at Hillary to stop cheating.

"Race talk could cost Obama, Americans, more than just the presidency."
-- Headline for a third article on Donna Brazile's web site, where she offers
Obama her 'deepest gratitude for putting race on the table',
This is not an attack, but Obama put race "on the table" because he got caught.
Race never made it "to the table" until it affected Obama's plans for power.

1. Howard Dean is the Chairman of the DNC
I don't think I would call him a "referee."

13. Ouch. Yuck. Why on earth did you link to that thread?
There is a negative undercurrent here at DU by Obama supporters that want to disenfranchise 1.7 million voters in Florida for the sake of Obama. The truth has been twisted and distorted by these same supporters since day one, in the hopes of placing the blame squarely on the shoulders of a few good Floridian Democrats, and not on those that truly made this enormous political blunder. Hate freely flows against any Democrat in Florida that supports Hillary, as witnessed by the hate mongering against our fine Representative Debbie Wasserman Schultz, hate and lies that were carried to DU from the notorious Hate-Hillary bloggers.

14. If I didn't, I would be going along with their ignorance of the facts..
and how facts (especially in a court of law) hold sway over wishful thinking.

5. Ickes voted to strip the states of their delegates
At the time of the votes, 12 members of the RBC were Clinton-backing superdelegates. 4 supported Obama. The lone dissenter in the 29-1 vote against Florida is an Obama superdelegate.

Whacking Dean might feel good, but he isn't your problem.

Don't know if YOU are a democrat or not, but I stand with Howard.

15. Obama, Brazile, Pelosi, Reid, Kerry, Kennedy and the DNC can pretend all they want..
They have ensnared themselves in a trap of their own making!

How embarrassing. Most of them are lawyers, who for some reason or other felt justified in ignoring people's Civil Rights for their own advancement. Dean, by his indecisiveness and (lack of backbone in the first place) is bringing down this entire sham/shame of a house of cards on the Democratic Party and the smugness of it's players.

BRAVO! Dean can go back to being a Governor or a doctor... what are the rest of these idiots going to do...retire to spend more time with their families?

Hill can go back to the Senate or just retire in luxury and get paid big bucks for meaningless speeches just like Bill.

17. What Brazile said in 2004 is a clear indication of her biased towards Obama today.
Back in 2004 Ms. Brazile told and interesting and revealing story regarding churches, the African American vote, and her feelings toward Obama. Comparing her words from then to the events of this primary season, I am left in amazement that even one person doubts that her actions have not been totally biased, especially her part in the totally inequitable act of preventing Democrats in Florida and Michigan from having their voices count in the selection of the party's nominee. Brazile knew from the onset that Florida and Michigan would go to Hillary. That was the last thing Brazile wanted.

Brazile in 2004 regarding what happened "inside those churches":
This is why I spent the last few days poring over the statewide and county-by-county results to see if there was any shift in how African-Americans cast their ballots. Although all of the results are still being tabulated and there are some votes yet accounted for, I can see some hints of a silver lining in the sea of red.

When one of my sisters—who, coincidentally, is a recovering Republican—was told in church that she would go to hell if she voted for Sen. Kerry, she stood up and denounced the preacher's message. Oh yeah, the religious right, armed with new recruits from the black pulpits, came after African-Americans with the same angry messages. But, as my niece confirmed in a phone conversation this week, they all voted for John Kerry anyway. Even my sister, the once-proud Republican, is now ashamed of what happened inside those churches.

Brazile in 2004 regarding her quest for the "Obama factor":
This is a new moment to identify and recruit better messengers. Perhaps it's time to tap into the "Obama" factor: Scour statehouses for young, energetic, inspiring, and emerging leaders with the ability to connect the head and heart. Too many of the old Democratic guard have stayed in Washington, D.C., too long to fully recognize how most Americans live their lives.

20. Yes and here's what she said last August..
She's also been a monumental failure to the renewal of New Orleans. They need to ask her to step down.

All good links here.. from Gore on up to date.
