3. Me, too.
I was so wondering if Hillary was speaking for the OP that I scheduled my appointments around the impending news.

Now I can commence with my life.

4. Really?
Then Hillary supporters really are as obsessive as they come across. I can think of more exciting things in life than waiting around for me to declare Hillary does not speak for me as a woman.

21. We just think it's funny that you think we would actually care that Hillary doesn't speak for you
Edited on Tue Apr-08-08 11:45 AM by Iris
"as a woman" with little or nothing else to add to your OP. It also leaves open the possibility that she speaks to you as something else - maybe as a white person, a mother, an American, an "Indy"?

31. what are you trying to say?
a white person?

Hillary doesn't speak to me enough to vote for her in the Primaries, I am an Independent WHITE woman, a mother, and an American.

I will however vote for her if she should win the nomination, not because she is a WHITE person, a mother, an American, BUT because she is MILES AHEAD of John McCain.

seeing her (probably on CSpan) when Bill Clinton ran against GHWB. She was at a market buying brocolli, because GHWB had made a big deal out of hating brocolli. I think she might have spoken for me then. Not so much lately, though.
Welcome to DU.
