Colbert Nation Pennsylvania primary votes--latest results
Stephen Colbert is letting people outside of Pennsylvania help determine the winner in that state. Anyone who goes to the following site and makes a donation to help Pennsylvania public schools buy "extras" for their students will be able to vote on the site for Clinton or Obama. (Stephen will be taping his show in Pennsylvania next week.)

http://www.donorschoose.org/homepage/main.html

The current totals:

Obama 1,745 voters, $122,669

Clinton 241 voters, $ 22,644

Let's hear it for Stephen! :woohoo:

9. Always nice
to see something good done for the kids, I would recommend if I was able too (I'm too much of a lurker and not a real big poster).

I agree -- this is a wonderful promotion (or whatever you'd call it).

11. I was going to donate..
to a PA school on behalf of Obama, but then I read through some of the requests and found one in OK that sounded so desperate I gave my money to them instead.

That's a great site, but it's sad that teachers have to beg for basic classroom necessities while our government is spending trillions of our tax dollars on waste, weapons and war.
