1. Something doesn't compute

Hillary Clinton gets only a 70% from the Children's Defense Fund? That's her baby. (And when I go to the link for the CDF I can't find a rating system). My only guess is that some of these low ratings for Clinton and Obama involve counting against them votes that were missed due to campaigning.
