Reality Check: Rasmussen Favorable/Unfavorable Ratings for Presidential Candidates
Obama 52% Favorable to 45% Unfavorable--identical to McCain's numbers while Hillary Clinton's numbers are 45% Favorable to 53% Unfavorable.

4. I'm Surprised Obama's Negatives are So High
and have been since before the Wright "scandal" broke. Is this just a party-line response, or is there something people are actually looking at?

6. 45% is High for an Candidate Who Depends on
inspiration, charisma, and moderation. It doesn't appear to be a reaction to the Wright thing. It's too large to be limited to Republicans.

7. its a factor of this shit primary. when he becomes the candidate and
turns his lazers on McCain, it will change. not only will he come up, it will be amusing to watch. McCain will lose it and show his infirmities. He will ride above the fray and the contrast will buoy him up.
