Is the Bill Clinton I liked in the 90's back?

I'm watching him at a rally in North Carolina. He's really positive, detailed, and personal. I'm happy that he's toned it down recently and returning to being a guy I can be proud of.

I'm for Obama, but Bill is representing our party well during the time I'm watching this.
