the DLC makes me sick

Every time is see Bayh I get the queasy Lieberman DLC feeling in stomach. The kind of Dino that I hope we can marginalize by getting a huge wave of new democrats elected this fall.Any advice he gives about how republicans think should be taken to heart because that's how the DLC thinks.

11. But, it's the only way we can win.

We can't energize our base or get people who are already in our corner motivated to vote (and besides, those red states will never flip to blue no matter what) so we need to convince republicans that voting for republican-lite is the thing to do in order to have a hope of winning elections and if we have to adopt entire republican party platform to do it, then we should do so because we need democrats to advance the agenda we no longer stand for.

(yeah...color me confused too)
