Edwards was definitely the better candidate than either of these two, and with the huge mistakes of late, Obama is extremely damaged goods.

The obliviousness of the faithful is simply depressing, and the howling rancor to come if things sort out as we fear will be nauseating. Sure, if nominated, I'll vote for him and I'll work some for the campaign, but I won't have my heart in it like I would if a good or less compromised candidate was the choice, and we'll all be hectored and derided as defeatist, lazy, racist scumbags for not putting our lives on hold and our personal purses into the coffers for other people's dreams.
