Rendell Says “Cling” Ain’t No Big Thing

Clinton-backing Pennsylvania governor downplays potential damage to Obama from San Francisco remarks.
Tells reporters before Philadelphia party dinner that it could cost Obama “one or two points at the margin” in the Keystone State primary.
“But by the time November rolls around, I think this comment will be long forgotten.”

Thanks, Ed, for telling the truth instead of reciting your Clinton talking points.

7. He was on tv not long ago and I SWEAR
it sounded to me like he was conceding that. He said Barack called him (before they started actively campaigning in PA) and told him that he did not want anything to happen in PA that could damage him in November. Rendell said OKAY. The way he said it is what has me convinced he thinks it will be Barack in the end.

4. Rendell is the one who said Obama would not get the votes
in PA because Pennsylvanians wouldn't vote for a black man. He said it. I have to look for a link.

He is and idiot. I wasn't here to vote for him, but I'm here now.

12. you mean hillary is being disingenuous , and making something out of nothing?
im shocked. she strikes me as being an honest, trustworthy person.

yes im being sarcastic. hillary is the poster child for the elite set. to suggest obama, a man who still has to suffer being called a "boy" at his age by his peers in congress, is an elitist is about as ridiculous as suggesting not one person in pennsylvania is feeling economic hardship.

16. Holy cow!
:wow:

He was going for broke to burn every single bridge he had up until his last appearance on MTP, when his veneer started to crack.

Now I guess he's handed the bridge-torching job over to Mixmaster Mike! :eyes:

17. He's not stupid. He knows he has to be there for Obama come November. He realizes it's all but
over for Hillary at this point. There are not enough undecideds for Clinton to sway to catch Obama in delegates. Each candidate has their base that is solidly behind each and won't change no matter what. Fuck, just look at this place for an example.
