Hillary just lost any hope for 2012.
This woman is a dumbass.

She can't understand very basic logic.

I think its pretty obvious that if Obama loses the General Election, Democrats will be extremely angry in 2012, ESPECIALLY those who strongly support Obama. EVERYONE will blame her. Count on her getting a ridiculously low percent of black voters. She won't get past the primaries.

People have been referring to her as Huckabee. This is a poor comparison. She isn't like Huckabee, she is 100 times worse. Huckabee didn't do the dirtiest tactics possible to bring down McCain.

Really, what the hell is she thinking?

If she didn't do these below disgusting tactics, at least people wouldn't hate her as much as they do now. Thats really the big problem, and not so much her staying in the race.

I'm sorry, but she has lost 2012, 2016, whatever. People will not forgive her.

I know multiple people who think the lady is a psycho evil liar. These same people were originally supporting her. That just shows how low she has fallen.

Sorry for the rant. I will be so damn happy when Obama finally defeats this son of a bitch. :)

Come on Gore, Nancy, Carter, etc... FORCE HER OUT SOON! I can't take this anymore. Now I am always stressed out seeing polls between Obama and McCain. I just hope he survives.

I can't believe how kind Obama has been to her. Any other politician would have killed her by now.

7. Yeah, I don't understand why the SD's don't try to preserve the Dems chances in Nov.
Step forward and be counted, this is getting too ugly to wait until June. The states remaining can still vote as they have always been able to in past primaries. This woman has no future in the WH whatsoever. That should be obvious to anyone with half of a brain. Obama has been very soft on her so far, but after her latest shitty ad in PA, the gloves may finally come off. "Annie Oakley" will look like a unicorn compared to what he COULD say.

8. That Is A Naive Point Of View
Who is the likely 2012 contender that Hillary could not turn into a pretzel? In a negative campaign, who could out-neg her? In a positive campaign, she would eat the opposing pansie for lunch? Also, if she wins the Democratic nomination, and McCain has bombed Iran and we are in our third or fourth war, would you really vote for Ralph Nader?

No, you are going to suck it up, and vote for Hillary Clinton in 2012 just like I plan to do.

If someone like Gore runs, which is very possible, she will have no chance in hell.

Just look at this year though. How many people knew Obama last year? Not very many. He beat Hillary though.

Someone will beat her. Democrats would not elect her, she is way too disliked now.

She will not be forgiven by the majority of Democrats.

34. So, If McCain Invades Iran . . .
You'd vote for Nader, and hand the election over to McCain just because you are ticked about Hillary? Hillary is a very smart and shrewd politician. She wants to be President, and she is ruthless in her ability to get it. Do you want an idealistic President who can't get anything done or a President who can ruthlessly achieve her goals?

If Obama wins, Hillary has little chance of ever winning the Presidency. Do you agree or disagree?

However, if McCain wins, don't you agree that she is the favorite for the Democratic nomination in 2012? Yes. Therefore, the rationale choice is to implicitly support McCain threw references to McCain's experience and "legendary" status. Do you think that Hillary is saying this on accident? No.

This is why I am impressed with Hillary's strategic approach. She is already planting the seeds for a 2012 win, rathert han hanging it up early for the so-called good of the party. Gore could not win. Kerry could not win. And Obama and his so-called grass roots approach is about to go down in a flame of Fox News/Clinton talking points.

This is the world we live in. You can wish otherwise, but reality will contradict you. You have entire news networks dedicated to pundity, and this idea of a grass roots campaign is anachronistic. You need corporate support to win the Presidency, and Hillary has that. Also, she is shrewd, not war crazy like her Republican counter-parts.

Let me give you another example, do you think that Hillary's comparing herself to Rocky Balboa in PA is an accident? No, she is sending a message to white votes. Now, don't get all indignant. Remember Bill Clinton and Sista Soulja? Unlike Obama, Hillary can offer white voters that wink-wink appeal that she is really on their side againt militant minorities while also appearing at Mariachi festival the next day to stump for votes. Hillary does not need Sista Soulja. She has Barrack Obama.

That's called politics, and only Hillary has the strategy and discipline to take on the Karl Roves of the world in today's political environment.

McCain will be president whether we like it or not. I will campaign for ANY DEMOCRAT except Hillary to take over in 2012. Yes, she's smart. And yes, she knows politics. I require something more from a candidate: integrity. She has proven that she is totally lacking in this characteristic. The wink-wink to this white woman turns my stomach.

Not this one. Every dirty trick she's played will be well-remembered if she has the nerve to try to run again.

I'd be surprised if she got much comeraderie in the Senate. How comfortable would you be working with someone whom you've seen sink to these depths to try to win?

13. If Obama's "all that," why can't he put her away himself?
Why can't Obama defeat Hillary fair and square according to the rules? Why does he need all of you people to shriek and stamp and hurl slanders at Hillary in hopes thatr she will drop out of the race and do for him what he cannot do for himself -- win this thing outright.

You people are now trying to preemptively blame Hillary for Obama losing to McCain. That's like blaming one playoff team for not doing all it can to defeat its opponent.

No playoff team should quit before the final gun, and neither should any candidate.

27. She never had hope for 2012
This was/is/and remains the only year she can be viable. The only year. It's why she is going for broke. Should McCain win, there will be a whole new crop of potential Democratic candidates such as Henry of OK, Warner and Webb of VA, Wes Clark could very easily do it, this country likes to elect generals, and there are people like Lincoln and Landrieu who will happily take up the reigns as the leaders of women if Hillary blows it.

This is her chance and it is her only chance. One thing about the Democratic Party that has proven true is that they rarely give a requiem to people who have not pulled it off in the past, unless it's a situation where they believe the election will be lost anyway (and that only refers to 1956, when Stevenson was run again even as it was obvious that Eisenhower just couldn't be beat)

In actual truth, this will also probably be the only year Obama can run. Apparently, he does have armor chinks and if he fails to pull it off now, he will have accomplished one thing, paving the way for another black candidate to do well, and if he tries a second time, he may find himself being challenged by candidates such as Artur Davis, Harold Ford Jr., and quite possibly Thurbert Baker, who I really think could become the first black governor of Georgia.

So for both of them, this is go time. They do it now or they don't. Hillary seems to realize this and that's why she is doing everything she can, Obama probably needs to realize it. America very rarely gives second chances. Only reason Gore got one is that there was a belief in some quarters that he would have beat Bush in '88 and because Clinton did tap him to be VP. No one else from 88 was ever again a viable candidate. Candidates from '68 and '72 found themselves swept by Carter, no one was willing to give Humphrey a second go. For both of them, it's go time. The Republican Party will usually bring back candidates who faltered in the past, the Democratic Party usually never does.
