4. I honestly, honestly applaud your post.
But... What can you do to help your fellow Hillary supporters to do to begin to make the pivot. At least plant some seeds for starting to like our 95% certain Dem nominee.

That would really make me happy.

8. This OP might have more credibility had you not preceded it with a bunch of rabid anti-Obama posts.
I agree with your stated sentiment in this post, but I question your motivation.

9. The op is not anti Obama.
Those statements were some that have come out of the mouths of supporters of both candidates. I think the point was that only a Dem will get us out of Iraq so we don't have lists of the dead any more.

20. Then why would any Democrat be praising McCain's experience and C-i-C credentials ....
... when he is so very obviously out-of-touch with what our national security really requires?

I think we ALL want to focus on McCain, but the Dem nomination process is being unnecessarily drawn-out by a selfish, vile and unscrupulous politician with no chance of winning the nomination, preventing the Party from turning all efforts on the GE. And if McCain and his positions are so important, then why is Sen. Clinton spending so much time distorting Obama's "bitter" comments, parroting McCain's distortions and talking points and seemingly fighting alongside McCain and the Republicans rather than against him.

It would seem that your message needs to be directed at the Clinton campaign, and not DU. DU will be able to focus on McCain just as soon as Sen. Clinton comes to her senses and lets go.
