Joe Biden is going to be on Hardball tonight...
Tweety said, "He's tough!" but I didn't hear what he was going to be talking about.

2. He's been bringing the message
that the Dems are SUPERIOR to the Reps when it comes to foreign policy -- I'm guessing it's more of the same?

He's doing it for the party and the candidates since he said they're understandably busy with a lot of other issues right now. He's dissing McCain a LOT.

8. Tweety predicted bittergate would spell doom for Obama in PA
Apparently the polls say thats not the case at all. Tweety is bitter that Obama called his fellow Pennsylvanians bitter. Apparently many Dems in PA agree that they're bitter.

9. This man is very smart and knows his foreign policy. He makes so much sense.
Biden for VP or Sec. of State.

10. Joe basically refuted McCain's stand on Iraq and Iran.
He did a beautiful job, as usual. He is in a difficult position, in that he and John have worked together for so many years, but he still calls them as he sees them.

He side-stepped the question, "Do you think you would have done a better job than Obama or Hillary?" Joe said he wasn't in the race anymore and grinned.

Good ol' Joe! Love him!

13. You know, that's exactly why I wanted Biden as the nominee
To have a respectful disagreement with the GOP on the issues. Biden can both be civil to his friend, but also knows his history enough to point out where McCain has flip-flopped.

Sigh.

Fine time for Chris Matthews to point out Biden's electability :eyes:

16. Another Duer said refereed to this ability as
Irish lying -- being able to tell someone to go to hell and he knows he'll have a good journey. Or something like that.

I call it the gift of Blarney. Being able to disagree without that person taking it personally.
