This debate is making me wish we would see a unity ticket.....
I think the Clinton/Obama ticket could mean 12 to 16 years of democratic rule.

I go back and forth on it, but right now I'd love to see this.

3. She's trying to win a political contest. It's not about playing nice.
I support Obama...but Hillary does have her advantages.

30. And that's relevant to Hillary and a "unity ticket" how, exactly?
I see. This is the best you can do.

5. Lying is necessarily a part of political life.

No the sniper lie doesn't bother me at all.

15. Yeah I think we've had that conversation
And the sniper lie was just one of many and certainly not the worst. But if that doesn't bother you, I'd think that voter suppression or race baiting or gender whining or the stupid Harry & Louise shit or the "present" lies or any number of other lies would.

21. I look at what supersedes all those....How will the nominee fare as C&C?
I think Clinton and Obama would do well together. I personally am seeing a strength and resiliency that could see us through some dark times. Perhaps a mixture of styles and methods.

And no we have never had this conversation. I haven't gotten in too many arguments over the last six months.

22. I did with someone
who didn't have any problem with Hillary's lies and saw no problem with them running together. Frankly, if you don't see the problem with Bill and Hillary Clinton, then you're part of the problem.

and yes they are vast, it is the potential. I think the potential is equally vast. The heart of the Clinton's is not as black as we make it out to be. No it is not white, but Obama is also bought and paid for IMO.

and he can't have somebody without any national security experience on the ticket with him.

A good number of Obama's supporters oppose the Clintons for a variety of reasons. Her on the ticket kills the entire purpose of his running.

13. Barack has an insurmountable lead. The squeakiest wheel gets the grease thing doesn't apply here.
For gawd's sake don't bend over just to shut her up. Her candidacy is like dealing with a spoiled child. Let her flail about. She'll get over it. But don't anyone dare deprive Barack of something he has won fair and square. That's a horrible message for the American people.
