Does anyone have a list of ABC debate sponsors? I'm going to protest with my wallet for a week.

18. If we choose one sponsor, we should go after the parent company with the most advertising.
Then boycott all their brands.

11. That's not a good idea. Focus on ABC News
They were the ones who screwed up here. How could the sponsors have known the moderators would be treat the debate like The Sean Hannity Show ?

13. What else can we DO to ABC news? Boycotts send a message.
I'd be up for one. That's the only way to twist their arm, to beat the crap out of the sponsors.

16. Just boycott ABC News
and continue to bombard them with complaints. And then send donations to your favorite Democratic candidate. I just don't think a sponsor boycott will work in this case, since it's not like we're protesting a show that is chronically awful like O'Reilly's show. We're protesting a one-time event. I could be wrong, but that's my initial impression.

15. I've been boycotting ABC since their
9/11 anniversary bullshit - until tonight. And boy did I regret giving them a reprieve! The best way to boycott their sponsors is to boycott them. That way you never have to see their sponsors' commericials.

20. Why protest ABC? Obama was lousy. He couldn't answer questions, he
stammered and rambled. That's his fault, not ABC's.

Clintonites have seen fit to picket outside one of the few progressive hosts on the air today, so turnabout is fair play.

27. The only way to really get to ABC
is to hurt their sponsors. We don't give ABC money, the sponsors do. Believe me a call from a few major accounts will get their attention.

I am so glad you posted this thread. That was my first thought and I never posted a thread about doing this. Go for their pocketbook...the sponsors!
