Why I am happy the way the debate worked out

Why?

Because when stuff like this happens, the "others' come out from underneath the cabinets and show themselves.. and usually in CAPS!!! with 111!!111!!11s..and it makes it so easy to populate the Ignore list..

When things are just going along, it's sometimes hard to find them...but like when you turn on the kitchen light and see the critters scampering.. these events bring 'em all out... like leaving a sandwich, uncovered on the counter top at night..

I never even USED the ignore list before a few weeks ago, having been here since '01...but have been more or less forced into it.. Seeing delusional crap day in and day out begins to be a bit much...

So thanks ABC..the one good thing you did was to "shine a light" on some zealots I might have missed..

I didn't want to see the scary people again! (extremes on both sides and general wackos) I'm hoping the news ones get swept out quickly before they even need to be ignored.

Must have been an annoying night for the poor mods.
