NYTimes on the "former friends" of HRC moderating the debate

http://www.nytimes.com/2008/04/17/us/politics/17watch.html

"...But viewers were also treated to another, less common spectacle: the veiled ties and tensions between news media stars and political figures that sometimes make voters bitter, leading them to cling to political satire by the likes of Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert as a way to explain their frustration.

It was weird to see hints of the disgruntled employee/imperious boss dynamic between Mr. Stephanopoulos and Mrs. Clinton. But it was also strange to observe the intramural promos tucked into some of the moderators’ questions. Charles Gibson, another moderator, opened by citing a notion proposed by former Gov. Mario Cuomo of New York, whom Mr. Gibson described as an “elder statesman” of the Democratic Party. Mr. Cuomo’s son Chris is an anchor on ABC’s “Good Morning America,” where Mr. Gibson also worked for years... "

3. They are all tied to each other.....
tied into knots around our collective throats.

Obama is the outsider, like he has always been. When he says "the urgency of now".....he means it!

Those who don't lack curiosity and read beyond the DU thread title probably know this by now.

6. Are you angry because I woke you up from your dream?
Admit it. You thought NYT had said the moderators were all Hillary's friends, blah blah blah. Sorry, reality bites.

7. no, I think it's funny you've joined up just tonight, posting like mad
yet going on and on about HRC being abused on DU in the past few months. I didn't say any blah blah, I pointed out part of the NY Times article on the subject. Had I said "moderator" instead of "moderators" the point of the text I quoted would remain, and you just would have had to find something new to complain about. I could have gone back and edited in response to your comment, but I linked to the article, your reply stood there, and unlike you I'm not crazy about people editing mid-discussion to cover their tracks.

Do you ever post anything positive about HRC, or did you in the past? Or just tear down Obama and DU posters you don't know?
