No American flag lapel pins on these hypocrites:

^Last night... no pin

^His official photo. Must not love America very much.

And to stress the ridiculousness, this is one of the "character issues"these hypocrites find so important, and which even after being called out on, ABC News finds the gall to officially defend.

To be fair to Hillary, she does wear an American flag lapel pin in her official photo. It means she loves this country. :puke:

1. I am a bit contrary
I tend to respect those who do not wear an American lapel pin. I couldn't believe that the sports announcers are even wearing them. Do they all think we are idiots? Like that really shows you are a patriot.

3. That's not the point...
...why one wears or does not wear a pin is not the point.

It's the hypocrisy of labeling a pin-wearer as patriotic and unpatriotic a person who does not wear a pin, and then not wearing a pin.

Oh, and ask all these tele-pious people what their Bible says about idols.

5. Never again ABC
Never again. From last night forward, you stopped being a relevant news source trustworthy of holding a proper debate. They may be all shits and giggles now while pouring over their ratings from the debate, but this is going to hurt them in the long run.

6. This debate was an opportunity for people with small minds to have their questions answered
directly by Obama. He did a beautiful job. Regarding the flag pins, he responded perfectly. He loves this country and I don't think anybody who saw that answer would doubt it. He is authentic, and people feel it.

Even the people with small minds and petty concerns and longstanding prejudices are voters. They have fears, but they also care about what matters, and he has no problem answering their questions successfully. His integrity runs deep, and people can feel it.

So I'm not pissed off about this debate, I think it was a really good thing. Character and electability: he is clearly the winner. He is the one who genuinely respects the intelligence of Americans. There is no contest.
