I'm sick of "swiftboating"
No, not swiftboating itself, but the term "swiftboating".

John Kerry was truly swiftboated. His record was specifically defamed and distorted, and a war hero's record questioned. It was baseless and outrageous. Frankly, about as low as you can get.

Now however, whenever a candidate is questioned in any way, all of a sudden its "swiftboating". You're asking me about previous associations I may have had? SWIFTBOATING!! SWIFTBOATING!! You're inquiring as to positions I previously had that I may have changed? SWIFTBOATING!! SWIFTBOATING!!

To be honest, I haven't seen any swiftboating in this campaign so far from either side. Maybe I have a thick hide, or maybe I'm not looking hard enough, but asking hard questions about previous associates or things that happened in the past isn't swiftboating. Its the process of politics.
