Another Example of How Low the Press Has Sunk
Here is a video from Politico--something they are calling "The Deconstruction Zone." Listen as three highly paid, highly pampered press poodles discuss whether the "bitter" thing will stick and how silly Hillary Clinton downing a shot, or not, of Crown Royal was.

And then weep for us all, because these idiots are important voices in American political discourse...

1. I don't want to listen to them. I want to ignore them.
that's what I suggest for all of us.

That's been part of our problem. We listen to know nothings.

2. Bitter Is Going To Be Our New Party Meme
And people will claim they are bitter, just to belong. The fat cats will be laying low, hiding their self-satisfied selves from the rest of us. Rather like the Bolsheviks, without the revolution (just a fast evolution).

3. I won't listen, but I can imagine
I loved the media when I was recently abroad- real stories, more than 10 lines of ink for things like war and economic downturns and medical and scientific breakthroughs. It was amazing! Who knew that so much ink could be devoted to anything other than silly -gates?

And unfortunately that's rhetorical, since I am old enough to remember when we had at least a marginally functioning media in this country. :)
