For the first time, independents will be allowed to vote in the May Democratic primary.

8. NO: just a question I ask folks who seem to be incapable of seeing
that Obama is going to be the nominee - I ask people this who might not be able to support him when he wins -

Skinner (I don't pretend to speak for him at all) says that after a candidate is chosen the infighting will have to stop.

I just wanted to know what your plans are, that's all.

5. Well duh. That's a given. What I'm wondering is what impact the independents will have on the race.
According to the article, most lean Republican. But will they vote for Hillary to prolong the race and help McCain, or will they be the type of moderate conservatives who tend to swing toward Obama?

Yes, Clinton will win. But the margin likely will be tighter than the polls predict.

I'm a delegate (supporting Obama) to the state convention in June.
