*SURGE* - Hillary is enjoying her surge right now and back at dead heat from 10 point down, but she is about to get hit with public bad news - her FEC report is being released tomorrow from March - we'll see if she has indeed paid back all the debts dating back in July or has ignored the vendors and put too much in the ads, putting her in the deep read. *FIZZLE* and then when the bad news hits the air, and public sees what she is really is - a debtor candidate *CRACK* her numbers will fall down, and *POP* after her so-called digit PA win, she'll concede as it is still too big of lead for Obama for her to catch up on.
