2. DCW says they are not. Say Dan Boren's son is.

I think they are considered major endorsers, but not SDs.

3. No they are not...
Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) picked up three solid endorsements on Friday, from former Clinton Labor Sec. Robert Reich and former Senators Sam Nunn and David Boren.

None of them are superdelegates, but they are influential enough to send a message to those who are truly wavering.

4. Your link doesn't lead to an article, but no, they are not super delegates
Here's one article about them:

Posted April 18, 2008 12:24 PM

by John McCormick

ERIE, Pa. -- Sen. Barack Obama has won the backing of former senators Sam Nunn and David Boren, his campaign announced today.

Nunn and Boren will also serve as advisers on Obama's National Security Foreign Policy Team. Nunn was a one-time chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee, while Boren was the longest-serving chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence.

They are not superdelegates, Obama's campaign said. But they are influential and well-respected past members of Congress who could help sway other party elders.

If you want to know the absolute latest in super delegate endorsements, DemConWatch is the most up-to-date, detailed source. Each one of the candidates got a super D today: count is now 230 for Obama; 254 for Clinton.
