Both LOSING Republican candidates were were decorated and respected war veterans/ heroes, like McCain. Neither could "close the deal" with the American public on election day. In the case of incumbent B*sh 41, along came a young upstart, Bill Clinton, to steal his thunder and win on a message of "Hope" (Arkansas).... the "Man from Hope". Does that sound familiar?

Every time some GOP-aligned schmuck from the punditocracy uses the "D" word against Obama, I say our guy/gal hit back with the 'B & D" words (no, not bondage & discipline)- B*sh 41 & erectile-challenged Dole. McGrandpa's free ride has got to end.

2. McCain should NEVER even be in contention.
Politically speaking, he's a mess: all over the map on every issue except on Iraq where he is, and has always been, consistently and *catastrophically* wrong.

At this point it's obvious who the major party nominees will be. Our frontrunner should stop directing time and media attention to these last gasp shenanigans of the DEM runner up and direct all fire toward McCain and toward Mccain alone.

5. I dont believe he is ..I think the majority of the polsters lean toward or
manipulate the survey to favor the Republican candidate. With these polls taken daily and with the number of samples taken I think they are worthless.......But the media build these polls up as a way of convincing voters that it is or will be a close race and some voters will be swayed by the polling results. And by keeping it close it just dont look so obvious when(with the help of corporate money) another election is stolen it just wont look so obvious.. Never in the history of our country have coorporate Repubulcans have gained this much power and believe me they are not going to give this up without a fight..They own our election system.

3. Forget Dole
Compare the SOB to GWB. That's not only toxic - it's radioactive.

question the MSM has been pushing recently: "Is Obama another Dukakis?". In that case, a response would be (citing a past presidential dud):"Is McCain another Dole?". Tit for tat.

Of course, we have to run hard that McCain is a rudderless vessel who will continue the disastrous course of Chimpy's presidency.
