39. yup. i think that the campaign has been making sure votes are counted

quietly, under the radar. the lawsuit in nevada, the double bubble in la county. just quietly resolved. don't seem to want to telegraph any punches, but you know they are watching.
his law firm handled voting rights and election law cases. which tells you 2 things-1, he knows that it happens, sees that it happens. admits, out loud, that it happens. and 2, he knows what to do about it.
