Obama's new politics, Slash the officials Car tires and shut their website down.

Ok, Talk about getting SD's on your side, this is not the way to do it and sends a very bad message to the SD's.

http://abcnews.go.com/WN/Vote2008/Story?id=4692076&page=2

"This has gotten so bad this year, I'm not sure people can forget about it and put it behind themselves after Tuesday," said Joe Morgan, a Democratic committeeman for Berks County.

He said the supporters are worse than the candidates when it comes to vindictive attacks.

"The bitterness and anger they have toward people who are not supporting their candidate is something I have never seen before," he said.

Morgan has been writing his own blog on the race, so at first he decided to remain neutral. He said Obama fans in particular were incensed with him for doing so. His tires were slashed and a complaint was lodged with the Internet service provider for his blog. Morgan is now supporting Clinton.

Morgan is now supporting Clinton. :eyes:

:bored:

Maybe the superdelegates don't want to see Obama's pissed off supporters at the Convention. Maybe that and the 51 million will sway them. :)

6. I think Hillary needs to grow up.
I don't condone this behavior, but then I don't condone the cries from Hillary Supporters saying that they are going to vote for McCain. Which is really worst? Which will have a greater impact on my life, and the lives of my children? Seriously.

3. Horse chips.
Does Morgan have any evidence his tires were slashed by Obama supporters, assuming that really did happen?

I doubt it.

8. Losta liars in that camp, you've got to admit.
Anyways, this guy sounds like he's whining. I don't even know if it is true, or just propaganda. Losta of that in Hillary's campaign too.

12. Where's the evidence? Show it to me, if it exists.
I'll believe this guy's tires were slashed by supposed "Obama supporters" when I see the proof.

Which still wouldn't implicate Obama in anything.

7. I bet Obama himself did it.
From what I hear from some at DU, that seems the logical conclusion. As far as I know.

14. Sounds odd to me. But guess it is some one to blame.
After the freedom fries I could believe anything foolish. Maybe the man did not have on his flag pin?

4. Obama slashed somebody's tires!
Oh, wait, some guy said he got his tires slashed
and he blamed it on Obama.
Oh, wait, on Obama's supporters.
Although it might have been somebody else,
or, you know, anybody.

9. Uh huh
I would like to know more details on this supposed site shutdown.

First off, an ISP is an access provider. Many ISPs will provide their users a personal homepage but ISP's are first and foremost access providers. However, if a free, ISP-provided homepage turns commercial or exceeds bandwidth limits, it will be shut down.

If the man had a site on a paid host, the host will take it down if the page violates Terms of Service. Sounds to me like the man violated TOS, either on his personal ISP homepage or on a paid account.

13. It was likely someone who sat next to 'Barry' in kindergarten.
Not everyone from that class grew up to be a Senator. Someone needs to get that guy's name so he can be asked over and over on CNN what influence he had on the young Obama.

I haven't a clue as to what is happening. Is this board indicative of the entire party? All these years, nothing but support for both Clintons, now nothing but venom. I too am just blown away by it. It is just insanity.

20. It's not just this board.
I wish it were. But... I am meeting people in real life who are like ticking time bombs waiting to go off on the first HRC supporter they can find.

And, then come the reports of slashed tires, death threats, hacked websites...... the list goes on. And on.

I don't even want to be part of a Dem party that turns on it's own like this. It makes me feel sick inside.

23. I support Obama... and if I were a criminal and a vandal
who wished to use thuggery to sway an SD or elected official, I'd go for one known to be leaning FOR Obama, or I'd pose as a Clinton supporter if I trashed their blog.

Just sayin.'

What a flippin twit this guy is -- maybe it was McInsane supporters? Or CONS posed as Dems.
