"I don't think I should take any shit from anybody on that, do you?" - Bill Clinton
Bill Clinton accused Barack Obama's campaign of "playing the race card on me" and told a Philadelphia radio station that the Obama campaign took his Jesse Jackson comment and "twisted it for political purposes."

And as the interview concluded, Clinton turned to an associate and said, “I don’t think I should take any s..t from anybody on that, do you?"

17. Comparing Barrak to OJ early on was a good indicator they would play the race card
was their outrage over that here in GDP?

Jesse Jackson Jr., Saboteur?
OBAMA'S CAMPAIGN CO-CHAIRMAN COMPARES HIS CANDIDATE TO A MURDERER.

But on the night of Obama's victory, Jesse Jr. had this to say to the Washington Post about the inadvisability of Obama going negative against Hillary Clinton: "The natural reminder here is O.J. —how does an African-American candidate attack a white woman?"

http://www.slate.com/id/2181356 /

Obviously playing the race card behind the scene was their decision.

22. The only good thing about Hillary winning would be to watch her have him neutered.
He would be under 24 hour a day Secret Service lockdown. She'd make him sit down to pee, like Jack Nicholson's character in About Schmidt. He'd have his libido put in a lock box, and he wouldn't have any woman under 70 years old working for him. She will completely isolate him, and drag him out when she needs him to do something, like go to a funeral in Sri Lanka.

knowing it is true. The b hussein obama campaign did play the race card against Hillary and Bill. If one really cares to take a look see of what actually happened shows that the charges that the Clintons played the "race card" were not simply false; they were deliberately manufactured by the Obama camp and trumpeted by a credulous and/or compliant press corps in order to strip away her once formidable majority among black voters. This is the latest sad commentary on the malign power of the press, hyping its own favorites and tearing down those it dislikes, to create pseudo-scandals of the sort that hounded Al Gore during the 2000 campaign.

let me ask you a question:. If I say, "Eight of the NFL's top running backs are Black," is that racist? Was that a "racist" thing to say, since the thought involved race? If I say, "There are no Blacks on the US Olympic swim team," is that racist? You're stuck for answers - aren't you? Jimmy the Greek said, "Slaves were bred to have bigger, stronger children," and he was fired from CBS for "being a racist," but how can facts be racist? Bill said, "Jesse Jackson won the primary here in 1988." That was a fact, but America fainted at that vile and vicious and hateful anti-Obama racist trash.

I've never heard a racist word from Bill or Hillary, but Obama supporters hear racist words from them constantly. So yeah, if we Clinton backers said it, WE must be racist. Hillary chose to stay and fight, only to have people insult her who's on the take from the big pharm bastardsand a whole lot more. Yet she keeps fighting, while the nation and the Dems call her a racist whore. Sometimes I wonder why she keeps trying.

There are those who profit from making Hillary and Bill out to be racist. Tell me - who profits most if Hillary and Bill are labled racist?

33. I think the problem with Bill's comment is...
the media needs to be fed, and the fact that women and blacks are the relative newcomers to this game and so one has to be extra extra careful at these early stages, which i think is fair. Basically Bill should be extra careful considering his profession -- he knows better. When Bill (at that point an understandably bitter white male) interjects and says something a bit out of context it seems to many he is trying to "imply" something. Bill could have said many other non-black campaigners who won the state but had to relate multi-racial Obama to Jessie Jackson. I guess the point here is what the majority of people "thought" Bill was trying to say. Like what Ferrero was trying to say (i still dont understand her comments BTW). That is communication. If they thought he meant ill will then thats what it is. I think the best for Bill (or Ferraro) would be to promptly apologize and CLARIFY. People would be more appreciative rather than pass blame, considering the original offending words were spoken by him/her.

To me, i have yet to see ANY signs of Obama playing the race card. Not one bit. The strategies of the Clinton's (and Bill's loose tongue) seem to be more the issue. Hats off to them in their political tactics, but at the end of the day they should take responsibility for their own actions.

My 2 cents. BTW if you have some links proving me wrong about Obama and race card, please provide them to me. I do genuinely want to see this so that i can shut up on this point.

Thanks.
