Bill Clinton Throws the Reverse Race Card in Preparation for the Fallout Tonight
Bill Clinton revived his accusation of Obama using the race card because he knows there will be mass voter suppression and stealing in the African American districts today. He wants to get his message out there that any complaint coming from the Obama campaign regarding suppression of black voters is just Obama pulling the "race card" again and is not to be taken seriously.

Seriously, these guys are real tools if they don't believe people will be able to see right through this.

6. I'm referring to mass voter suppression and vote stealing
Do you have a link that states its actually going on and that Clinton is somehow responsible for it, as your post implies?

7. Bill is correct - "race card" (chg the subject) played by Obama to stop NH win momentum
Edited on Tue Apr-22-08 11:39 AM by papau
the idea that Clinton was a racist is called nonsense by Obama himself - now

but when it counted he had David on the phone with every media person with every scrap of a quote coughed up by a Clinton supporter trying to imply that the phrasing was code words with racial implications - with Obama not - at that time - saying to call the Clinton's racist was nonsense - indeed Obama did nothing but move that race card along - waiting until the black vote had move from 60/40 Clinton to 80/20 Obama before he even thought of again pretending to be the nice guy again.

15. Yet, the Clintons were the same people who said Obama
was sexist because of some perceived snub on the senate floor.

I'm black and as soon as I heard Clinton recall Jesse Jackson, I thought it was racist. I didn't even know that Obama's campaign had picked up on it too. I guess you have to be the target of such rancid discrimination to really understand, though.

9. It is true. You need to know and I really suspect many of you do
that b hussein obama campaign did play the race card against Hillary and Bill. If one really cares to take a look see of what actually happened shows that the charges that the Clintons played the "race card" were not simply false; they were deliberately manufactured by the Obama camp and trumpeted by a credulous and/or compliant press corps in order to strip away her once formidable majority among black voters. This is the latest sad commentary on the malign power of the press, hyping its own favorites and tearing down those it dislikes, to create pseudo-scandals of the sort that hounded Al Gore during the 2000 campaign.

let me ask you a question:. If I say, "Eight of the NFL's top running backs are Black," is that racist? Was that a "racist" thing to say, since the thought involved race? If I say, "There are no Blacks on the US Olympic swim team," is that racist? You're stuck for answers - aren't you? Jimmy the Greek said, "Slaves were bred to have bigger, stronger children," and he was fired from CBS for "being a racist," but how can facts be racist? Bill said, "Jesse Jackson won the primary here in 1988." That was a fact, but America fainted at that vile and vicious and hateful anti-Obama racist trash.

I've never heard a racist word from Bill or Hillary, but Obama supporters hear racist words from them constantly. So yeah, if we Clinton backers said it, WE must be racist. Hillary chose to stay and fight, only to have people insult her who's on the take from the big pharm bastardsand a whole lot more. Yet she keeps fighting, while the nation and the Dems call her a racist whore. Sometimes I wonder why she keeps trying.

There are those who profit from making Hillary and Bill out to be racist. Tell me - who profits most if Hillary and Bill are labled racist?

18. It was a bigoted thing to say period.
Would it be bigoted if I said the following:

It was reported today that a American citizen was charged today of giving nuclear secrets to the Israeli government. It is obvious that the Israeli government can't be trusted. Therefore, I can't trust BenDavid's comments on this message board,

First, I stated a fact.
Second, I drew a conclusion based on that fact.
Third, I made an illogical jump and connected that fact and its conclusion to a wholly separate situation.

Bill Clinton did this.

First, he stated a fact that Jesse Jackson won SC
Second, he made a conclusion that this was due to Jesse Jackson's race.
Third, he made an illogical jump and connected that fact and its conclusion to a wholly separate situation.

He did not know that Jesse Jackson only won SC because he was black. He implies that black people only voted for Jesse Jackson based on identity. He connected that with Obama because Obama is black, so therefore, Obama's race MUST be the only reason he won SC.

That is racist. Just as bigoted as my example regarding the Israeli spy and how I connected a wholly different situation based only on identity.

19. Frankly, my dear Grantcart, I don't give a damn.
I don't think either party is racist and I think both parties use issues when it is convenient to do so. Other than that, I really can't get into these very silly little games.

20. Your premise is ridiculous and has no credibility.
Democrats don't go around engaging in vote suppression or "stealing" votes.

You look like an idiot when you say these things.
