6. Five or six, if it's proportional.
But depending on how the districts breakdown, that's close enough that Obama could come out with more delegates.

It all depends on how the districts fall.

4% popular statewide would give her only 1 of the statewide delegates. And that would probably also mean that she does not get many breaks in the districts.

Philly should be his base - if he's only narrowly leading there, then it should be a blowout in the western part of the state.
