What's the deal with Chester county?

A pretty populated county and 0% returns (76% statewide). Anybody knows what's up?

6. It's not over until all of the numbers come in
But Chester County being out at 0% is STRANGE to say the least.

3. I don't know...but that's an Obama...
...stronghold.

Many of the counties in which he is doing very well---are not even close to being in.

There are at least 10 counties, which are Obama strongholds--that don't even have 50 percent
in.

These last numbers coming in should be interesting...the spread will tighten a little bit.

10. Here's some Obama stronghold counties....
Center County--middle of the state 38 percent reporting
Dauphin--near Harrisburg 45 percent reporting
Chester County, near Philly 0 percent reporting
Lancaster County, near Philly 30 percent reporting
Delaware County, near Philly 36 percent reporting
Montgomery County, near Philly 14 percent reporting

Those were the numbers 10 minutes ago.

4. That's a real good question.
Was there a country wide malfunction? I'm starting to reach for my tin foil hat. Anomalies are not good.
