So More Hillary Traitors then Obama

.......PA exit polling announced last night on MSNBC indicate more Hillary voters would rather vote for McShame or not at all should Obama get the final nod in Denver then Obama voters sentiments towards Hillary.

Nice way to support the party.........All that last night provided is more of a media field day and Hillary now has more time to help McInsane out more.....

Guess it's true......we get the political system we participate in and vote for. It's to bad people buy in to her constant lies.

"Hillary supporters" were wolves in sheeps clothing. Repugs who re-registered in order to up her numbers.

20. not true
one of the silliest things i've ever heard is this notion being advanced by the BHO camp that much of HRC's support is coming from Republicans. Republicans, imo, have had, at BEST, a very, very negligible impact on the Democratic primaries.

The bottom line is that HRC just won Pennsy by a substantial margin and she has momentum on her side.

and that she has momentum on her side.

do you ever listen to the people who track elections... the ones who have noted, ad infinitum, that there is NO WAY she can win the nomination... and there has been NO WAY she could win the nomination since Feb?

The place I heard the call for republicans to register and vote for HRC in the primary was Rush Limbaugh. He's hardly an Obama fan.

The fact is, at this point Clinton is like the person you used to date who won't stop calling you. You don't want to hurt her feelings, but you really wish she would stop.

4. Keep up the attacks, they're working for McCain
Obama supporters still don't get it. Calling Clinton a whore, bitch, cunt and such does not make your guy look good, no matter what you think. While calling Obama an empty suit, and whatever else does not compare. It is the absolute hatred from Obama supporters that have turned people away from him.

And, still now, you call people who don't want to vote for him, stupid, racist or repub. These are the very people you need and you are burning your bridges. Good tactic!

The OP didn't call anyone any names.

And I hope you're sending mails to Hillary's campaign telling her to cut out the scurrilous attacks on Obama... after all, what comes out of a candiate's own mouth is far more influential than what a few supporters say on message boards.

10. There it is again -
A hillary supporter railing against people saying things they never said.

The ONLY posts I find saying bitch or cunt are hillary supporters claiming others are saying it.

There are even fewer non-gender specific 'whore' posts (though the greatest whore in the race is McCain) in deference to hillbot sensitivities, but it doesn't matter.

It's not that you want us to stop saying things we are not saying - you want us to stop saying anything at all. Badger us into silence so your goddess can ascend into victory.

Fuck that.

18. Not a Hillary supporter, so yes, I've read them
from Obama supporters. Are you people blind or just can't see what's in front of you? I never go into gd:p, I only go onto the front page and the latest page. On any given day, there are about 50% attacks against Clinton, some so bad that it is ridiculous. Apparently, she is the cause of ANYTHING bad that happens, especially if it involves Obama. I've defended her because the attacks are so bad that I feel sorry for her and her supporters. Obama supporters are a bunch of bullies, and you can't even see it.

I honestly don't care who becomes President, because it won't impact me. I'm poor and nothing any of them will do will help the situation. I'm screwed no matter who gets in. I'm resigned to it.

19. Bullshit, and again bullshit.
If you didn't care, you wouldn't be posting here.

Conflating the posts of newbie trolls with Obama supporters is disingenuous at the least. Next time take a look at who is doing the posting - an Obama supporter or some prick that joined DU a month ago and has already racked up 1000 posts (in case I need to explain, the second person is a TROLL).

As for "not a Hillary supporter" you spend an indordinate amount of time and energy supporting her and bashing Obama for someone who supposedly doesn't care.

Not that I'm calling you a liar. Just saying I don't believe a word you're saying.

21. I only defend her because of the crap that's been posted
about her. But, in the last week I've been warming up to her. The more you Obama supporters slam her, the more I admire her. If Obama had to take that crap, he'd crumble in a New York minute.

But, to tell you the truth, I really don't care who ends up as President, because it won't affect me and about 75% of the other people in this country. Not one of them will help those who can't contribute to their campaigns, and that's a fact. The dem party has done left the building.

But, I have to tell you, after all the crap you Obama supporters put us Edwards supporters through, I would love to see your guy's face pushed to the floor, and all of you crying uncle. I'm tired of being called stupid, racist or repub, or all three.

Oh, maybe I've now become AOBO.......any one but Obama.

29. I've been here since 2004
I've been a dem since 1969. Edwards and Kucinich were the only 2 who actually sounded like MY dem party. These other 2 running sound like the old repubs, like Eisenhower. No, I was called names because I didn't bow to the Obama meme, just like now. I supported Kerry, because of Edwards, I thought I'd give the guy a chance. And, if you look at my old posts, you'll see I was called other things because I defended Kerry. I also defended Pelosi and the other dems after the 2006 election, saying to give them a chance. I was throughly put down for that. I've been reasonable, it did no good.

None of the candidates will do a damn thing for me or the other 75% of the country who are living day to day. Hell, since Edwards left the primary, nothing has been said about issues at all, it's all been personal mud slinging. Absolutely none of you are holding Obama's feet to the fire, none. You are swallowing all his garbage and saying yummy.

And as far as Edwards goes, you wouldn't know what he thinks of me, unless Obama told you what to think. You don't see it, but no one that I've talked to on the street can tell me what issues Obama stands for, NO ONE! My son's girlfriend thinks that we should force the American people to elect Obama because if we don't do it, it won't get done. And, yes, she is mixed race. I didn't dare ask her what he stood for, she was almost in tears. It's like I'm seeing a freaking disaster happening in slow motion, and I can't do a thing to stop it, meanwhile Obama supporters are just waving and smiling. You think that this election is in the bag, and "don't worry, be happy."

So, you've done it. I won't vote. I'm tired of Obama supporters calling me names. I'm tired of Obama supporters telling me that they don't need or want my vote. I'm too old, I'm too this, I'm too that. Well, you can have him, all to yourself. And, good luck with that.

zalinda

13. Judging a candidate by the followers is pretty effin' shallow
Hillary has now added war mongering to her list of sins against the Democratic party. She's also completely slammed Obama while complimenting McNasty, she's cunningly suggested that Obama might be Muslim. She's no Democrat and planning to vote for McPain over Obama only goes to show that many of her followers aren't all that liberal. I'll vote for her if she's the Democratic candidate simply because I believe the most important thing we get out of this election is Democratic control even if it's in name only.

In fact the ONLY time I've seen those terms at DU is from Hillary supporters.

Take this one for instance where a Hillary supporter called Randi Rhodes a fucking whore.

It was all fun and games until you guys got your hypocritical eyes poked out.

Go figure about the reverse accusations. I feel your pain.

Really folks, Ohio, Penn, Kentucky, and West Virginia? For the most part, all those states are scraping the barrel, sucking off federal funding, and having enormous amounts of Brain Drain from kids leaving the state.

9. Oh for fucks sake
How soon the world forgets.

This happens in EVERY primary. The underdog's supporters ALWAYS answer this way to try and make the winning candidate look weaker.

The only reason you are hearing more about it is b/c the Clinton campaign is trying to use it as a talking point.

12. Hillary's base is groups that have abandoned the Democratic party time and time again...
Older voters. ('nuf said)

White women. (remember the "terrorist-fearing soccer moms" who sank Kerry?)

White men. (again, 'nuf said)

Obama's base, on the other hand, is comprised of groups who have unwaveringly supported the Democratic party.

-African Americans
-Young voters

This year, however, it would be foolish for the Dems to take these groups for granted. I have been working closely with both groups here in Philly and I can tell you that they are watching this race closely and are on the brink of defection. For what, nobody's quite sure yet. They'll probably stay home this election and then support whichever 3rd party replaces the political-vacuum made by the death of the Democratic party.

16. The facts do not support your assumption.
2004 Exit Polls

White women: Bush 55%, Kerry 44%
Age: 45-59: Bush 51%, Kerry 48%
Age: 60+: Bush 54%, Kerry 46%

African Americans: Bush 11%, Kerry 88%
Age: 18-29: Bush 45%, Kerry 54%

I think that Kerry's base support is pretty obvious there.

Shall we go back to 2000?

Everyone knows that God decreed that the poor vote is supposed to go for the Democrats just like the Black vote. That is why the Dems have been taking the poor and the Black for granted for years.

28. Traitor implies a lack of owed loyalty.
You all forget. The candidates owe the voters, not the other way around. If they can't get what they want from the D. party, they will go elsewhere. Bitching about democracy will not solve the Party's problems. And the only reason you all assume it is racism is because you are so mezmorized by your slick candidate, you cannot see his many faults. Either that or you are too emotionally invested in him to admit to yourself that other points of view are valid. In other words, you have become Republicans.
