Asheboro NC. They said it was the biggest gathering of democrats that Randolph County has ever had. It was so much fun. I have never gotten to see a President in person before. I will probably remember it the rest of my life.

We worked so hard in PA and our efforts were rewarded. So many volunteers came from around the country to help her out that I was in awe.

For example:

- A plane load of 40 people came from Texas and spread out to several cities.
- We had a super delegate from Kansas who Bill called and asked for her help.
- We had some people who came from Florida with crates of oranges to hand out as they canvassed.
- A doctor from Dallas put his practice on hold to volunteer for a week because he believed so strongly in her healthcare plan.
- We had people who came from CA, MI, CO, MA, NV & AR.
- We also had bus loads of people from NY & NJ.

I was in the Reading - Allentown area. Who knows how many people were spread out throughout the state.

I got to see Hillary in Harrisburg on Monday and talked to her briefly. She looked great, but was a little hoarse. I also had a longer conversation with Rep. Sheila Jackson-Lee. I thanked her for her support, considering the pressure that the AA elected officials are under. She's a sweet lady.
