I was not following closely enough, but I could swear Axelrod just made Tweety look like an idiot over this Wright fervor.

1. Didn't see it but don't tell the idiots that,
they'll run around in circles and shoot their blanks at you while screaming White's a Wacko, White's a Racist, without a least bit sense of irony or self-awareness.

2. In so many words, yes.
His first statements made Tweety SHUT UP and fumble for words. Excellent
job by Axelrod, showing the skill that has helped make this campaign such
a success thus far.

11. Very rough recap, all quotes very approximate:
Tweety and a few other talking heads had been raving about the Wright issue, and then Axelrod came on.

First thing Axelrod did was say "Look, there are more imprtant issues than Rev. Wright."

Tweety: "OK, but we think Wright is hurting your candidate."

Axelrod: "Well, I heard you call Obama Jekyll and Hyde about this. Jekyll and Hyde were the same person, but Obama is not Wright. That's what he's been telling everyone and it's what he will continue to say."

Tweety: "But...." (some other bullshit that I can't recall) Oh it was "How come your candidate is not being passionate about this?"

Axelrod: "Well, Chris, I understand that your job keeps you at your desk and out of touch with what's going on in the campaign. You should really get out more and you'd see that he's doing just that."

That's when Tweety really started fumbling!

12. Axelrod said Wright has been given a big platform from which to speak his views
Sort of chiding the media for giving him and his speeches so much
airtime (which I thought was a GREAT point).

14. TouFreakin'Che, Axelrod! Another one
of tweety's jobs is to dissemble at the whim of his corporatemaster..tweety is nothing but a mediawhore whose job is to make sure Wright is "hurting his candidate".

Wright isn't our problem ..it's the mof3$^&*% m$$$$fm and the blathering idiots who blather.

7. If these talking heads
would give 25% of the time they spend on Wright to the shewing of McCain's preacher friends Hagee and Parsley...

I guess Hell will freeze over first. :eyes:

I turned off MSNBC and all other 24 hour cable news shows when it bacame apparent that all they were going to do for the next 6 months is bash the Democrats, both Hillary and Obama.

Meanwhile McCain has Senior Moments and it seems to be viewed as cute and endearing.

15. What shade of red did TWEETY turn?
That guy calls his show "Hardball" but pitch one at him and you can see his eyes roll around in his head and steam come out of his ears.

"You dare challenge the great and powerful TWEETY??????"

"No more Hardball for YOU!"

What an asshole.
