Poll question: Anyone with buyers remorse?
Edited on Tue Apr-29-08 04:51 AM by aaroh
Just out of curiosity, does anyone have buyers remorse? ie. You have already voted in the primary but wish you could change your vote to someone else.

1. I would have preferred to vote for Clark or Gore or Edwards.
But I had to pick between the two remaining and Obama was the obvious choice. No regrets.

2. How about the option of haven't voted yet?
Although I have voted, my vote has not been counted yet. Oregon's primary is May 20th and I just returned my ballot. And yes I voted for Obama with no regrets.

3. I couldn't vote in the primary
I had pneumonia and couldn't get to the polls. Besides, my candidate, Kucinich, had just dropped out. I didn't see the point of battling a snowstorm and becoming sicker to vote. Bad enough I'll have to hold my nose to vote in the GE. BTW, this was the first time in my life I didn't vote in a presidential primary.

4. Other: I haven't voted yet.
I don't feel remorse. I feel a deep, abiding anger at the party that set up this farce of a so-called primary that narrows the field before the majority vote, and the voters that narrowed my choices down to two absolutely unacceptable non-choices by the time my primary rolls around.

16. Either of them would have been better
than what we've got now. Richardson or DK, too.

5. 13 people regret voting for Obama? I want to know who they are.
Or are Clinton supporters just trying to demoralize us?

13. I am one and regretted it in March when Wright was first revealed
my mom, sister and I all voted for him on Super Tuesday

I wish the media had broke the Wright story in January when we still had options.

If you want more details it is in my journal

15. Yeah, I know you switched
And I know of two other Obama supporters who switched, but I am not sure who the other 16 are. Usually people post threads declaring when they switch.

11. I voted for Edwards but wish I'd written-in Gore as I had originally planned.

Had I known how quickly Edwards would fold, I'd have
used my NH Primary vote to send a different message.

18. As of right now, there are 22 people on this board who lie as much as Hillary does
Pretty dumb thing to do on an online poll.
