...In the survey, 43 percent of registered voters say they have major concerns that McCain is too closely aligned with the current administration...

Big donors\PACS\Lobbyist are irrelevant, McSame is irrelevant, Hillary's stupidity is irrelevant and now the almighty dumb ass'd lets go kill some Iraqis...woops....Bush did it.... conservative controlled MEDIA is irrelevant!

WE ARE THE PEOPLE WE'VE BEEN WAITING FOR!!!

9. That's poorly worded. Is McCain not concerned with Wright?
Or are Americans more concerned with McCain's relationship with Bush than his relationship with Wright?

:)

29. They seriously 'artificially' built-up Obama... I think he would have been fine
on his own merits. However, they portrayed him as something else. Now, just as moronically, they are attempting to shred him.

Ultimately, that is a lose/lose situation.

Even IF Hillary were to get the nomination, the worm would turn on her as well... :(

But, no doubt, the 'war hero' (sponsored by General Electric) will have no such problems.

18. Never talk about McCain
without mentioning Bush in the same breath. Always connect McCain and Bush -- especially when talking to independents.

Our goal should be that by November they are always spoken of together.

Obama Edges Into National Lead; Voters Concerned About Wright, Hillary On NAFTA
By Greg Sargent - April 30, 2008, 7:09PM
The new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll finds that Obama has edged back into a national lead over Hillary.

* 36 percent have major concerns that Clinton seems to change her position on some issues (like driver's licenses for illegal immigrants and the North American Free Trade Agreement, which her husband signed but which she now opposes)

* 34 percent say they're bothered by Obama's "bitter" remarks

* 32 percent have a major problem with the Illinois senator's past associations with Wright and the 1960s radical William Ayers

* 27 percent have serious concerns that Bill Clinton would have too much influence on U.S. policy decisions if his wife is elected

21. 43 percent of registered voters need to KNOW it!
Dems are fired up this year. Whether or not the MSM gives a shit about McSame, there's no way anybody makes it to election day without hearing about McSame's connections to Bush - even if I gotta mortgage my house and buy a fucking commercial myself!

23. I have to think that a good chunk of the electorate sees the ridiculousness of the Wright coverage
The MSM has spent exponentially more on this silly issue than they did on the reasons Bush wanted to invade Iraq in '02/'03. I think the corporate media has overplayed the Wright stuff to the point where even people who aren't "on" to the complicity of the media are thinking -- more of this crap? Are you kidding me?

26. Again I say look at the sampling numbers. Again NBC?WallStreet
have added more blacks to the sampling and for NBC's justification to see what the black community is feeling towards obama....very bad ass polling if you ask me.......hell, that's like asking a room full of hrc supporters who do they like in the election. only 50 are able to answer, but that 50 sure as hell would make HRC higher rated and obama less.....

i have always said look at these polls and see how they sample and who they sample and what numbers.....

27. Do you understand what an oversample is?
An oversample is when in addition to the regular sample, they do an oversample of one group to get statistically significant results for that group. But they then either use only some of the interviews from the sample or weight the survey to accurately reflect the right composition of the population.

I work for a labor union, and when we do polls we sometimes do an oversample for Ohio so we can study the national results and study Ohio separately. But the audience for the Ohio oversample is usually selected separately from the national sample, and is analyzed separately from the national data, so the national data does not overrepresent Ohio.
