3. Is he still a SD?
How can he be when he's not even (pretending to be) a Democrat anymore?

Not that it matters. It's obvious who Holy Joe is endorsing.

8. Lieberman is his own party of one and it ain't the Democratic Party.
The Democratic candidate in that race was Ned Lamont. We threw Joe out of our party here in CT and he's still sore about it...

10. Little weasel.
He makes quite the nice little photogenic Republican doesn't he? Anything to win. Hillary learned from the best.

13. No, he was stripped of his SD status when he ran as an Independent for his Senate seat
I'm sure he'll be the Zell Miller of the RNC 2008 convention.

5. I'm an Obama supporter
Edited on Thu May-01-08 08:33 AM by ErinBerin84
and I've had this posted in another thread about Obama picking up a super too for a couple of hours(I would have posted an Op for it, but I've already posted 3 in the last 24 hours). I've been making an effort to lend my congrats to Hillary supporters for their super pick ups, and I wanted to see if any Clinton supporter would go inside the thread and find the "announcement" of the CT super I had made. I have never seen Clinton supporters congratulate Obama supporters on picking up a superdelegate, so I was just doing an experiment to see if anyone would. Don't get me wrong, I am not trying to be nasty- Clinton supporters are not obligated to do that- but I always find several Obama supporters who congratulate Clinton supporters, and I've never seen the opposite.

So, again, congrats on the CT superdelegate.

11. lol. "thanks"
I wasn't trying to be sanctimonious or anything. As an Obama supporter, I really did want to post the CT superdelegate news for Clinton, especially when it took a long time to be picked up on.

12. It's bigger news when a SD throws support to Hillary because it happens less frequently
Anything that goes against the tide sticks out and attracts attention.

On the gas tax. Shes smart enough to know that hurts the American people at the pump, but it does help corporate trucking so now that makes more sense.
