Question: What Is The UpComing Scandal Where Hillary Is Involved But Won't Testify Until After Nov.
election?

i heard this mentioned on ed schultz--a caller said she would be impeached if she were in office. something about she won't have to testify until after the election. something about money (and not reporting it??) gov. strickland?

and there is a gag order on this, apparently

i googled and can't find anything.

i heard mention of this the other day also.

can someone tell me what this case is about?

These site have all the info

http://www.peterfpaul.com (The site is anti-Hillary, but it's a good place to begin because it has all the details of the case.)

http://paulvclinton.com

On edit: TPM article about the case

7. It is an actual case in LA Superior Court.
It can be verified at Los Angeles Superior Court and searching for case number BC304174.

It may very well be a Whitewater-type thing. I have no idea. Whether the case has merit or not is up to the court. I wasn't trying to prove the case. The OP asked what Ed Schultz was referring to and I warned her that the first link was an anti-Hillary site, but it does explain what all the "fuss" is about.

8. Hillary was dismissed as a defendant 2 years ago and that was upheld last Oct.

9. The OP asked where they could find information about the case.
I gave her some links. I identified peterfpaul.com as an anti-Hillary site, but I provided that link because the site explains what's going on ... which is what the OP wanted. The site clearly identifies Hillary as a material witness, not a defendant.

The MSM isn't covering this story, so the only sources of information are blogs and/or web sites. I'm not trying to prove or disprove the case - I simply responded to the OP's request for information. :eyes:

11. Sorry. The OP smelled like a concern post.
Especially after the Peter Paul case was brought up several times yesterday.

3. She's in BIG trouble......
....she apparently went to bed one night two months ago without attaching her American Flag lapel pin to her jammies. The U.S. Justice Dept says they will push for the death penalty!

5. Peter Paul, Free Republic's whitewater.

She was dismissed as a defendant and is fighting deposition which at this point may not take place until Nov if ever.
