Mike Barnicle says Obama can't relate to us (made up B.S.)
On m.joe this morning said that Obama wouldn't be the guy you would want to talk to while your pumping gas. You wouldn't be able to talk to him about issues........ Give me a f***en break. OBAMA IS THE ONLY ONE I WOULD EXPECT TO TALK TO ME OUT OF THE 3. Why would he be getting so many average voters to donate to his campaign if he doesn't relate to us. Does he just broadcast anything that comes into his mind as fact, because it's his personal view, or hope? Great journalism Mike

3. This brought to you by the corporate-media that said...
Bush is the kinda guy you can have a beer with. How did that work out? Don't pay attention to corporate-media garbage.

4. Because he's perhaps SMARTER than the average American?
WHAT THE FUCK IF WRONG WITH THE PRESIDENT BEING SMARTER THAN
AVERAGE? Do we really want Larry The Cable Guy running our
country?

This worship of the "average Joe" is making me sick! It's fine
for celebrities and singers and athletes and such but when it
comes to the PRESIDENCY and elected offices, we need to recruit
THE BEST of us! In schoolyard terms, you don't want the
cheerleaders and the jocks sitting on Student Council! WAKE
UP, SHEEPLE!

Edited on Thu May-01-08 04:22 PM by ErinBerin84
God, it was like he was describing Obama as some "icily attached" sociopath. Not the type of person who would "ask you about your problems, give you a hug." Compared to who?!! Hillary Clinton? Definitely not John McCain, is he shitting us? Also said that Tim (who he called "Timmy") is going to ask the "TOUGH questions" this Sunday and find out "EXACTLY how long Obama SAT IN THAT CHURCH FOR!" God, they treat Obama like he is one of those guys on To Catch A Predator.

Obama comes across as very personable. He seems to me like the well mannered guy who would easily chat up people wnerever he went.

He does seem smart...God how awful.

Barnacle seems like a guy who would grunt if you asked him directions.

I want a president who is so much smarter than I am, it's embarrassing. I don't care if he snubs me on the way to the wine bar, just be smarter and fix this fucking country.
